MAC Pressed Blot Powder

HELLO GIRLS...
Today, I'm reviewing  MAC blot powder pressed. I've been using this blot power for several years, I guess 2.5 years :) and this is my second pan. I'm NC35, initially I got it in "medium" but it was too light for me shade so, this time I got it in "dark" shade. Because sometime I don't feels like to wear foundation specially in summer so, for those day I've totally different makeup routine.
What I does... apply my clinique sunscreen READ HERE and Lancome cancealer on blemish and after that apply MAC blot powder and I'm done. :)

Packaging...
It comes in a round black compact with a mirror and sponge that does work well for touch ups. It is sturdy and travel friendly.

Can be applied with the puff that comes in the compact or with a powder brush like #129 Powder/Blush Brush. Perfect for touching up Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation throughout the day.

Quick Review...
  • Blot powder is sheer, and looks invisible when you put it on.
  • It doesn't add any color,no weighted or caked look.
  • Control shine for 4-5 hours.
  • It helps to tone down a foundation that appears too dewy,it provides natural shine control.
  • It can be use tone down a blush that is too bright or has been too heavily applied.
  • It makes your face matte.
  • It is good for setting liquid foundations.
  • It is available in 5 shades.
  • For cold weather it pretty much stays matte on my face for 5-6 hours but it slides off easily in hotter weather.
  • It doesn't break me out.

            $25

Pros...
          lightweight
          control shine
          ideal for setting foundation
          easily available
          travel friendly

MAC Eternal Sun Pro Longwear Blush

HELLO GIRLS...
Today, I'm reviewing one of my favorite blush MAC Eternal Sun Pro Longwear Blush which is a beautiful warm brown color with a hint of orange shade.

The formula is probably the silkiest and softest I have ever came across, which makes them blend out easily.

What MAC says...
A lightweight blush with extreme color perfection and non-fading,eight hour wear, ultra fine, silky powder glides on and blend easily to provide a moist, flawless, natural finish or with layering,a brighter, more dramatic look.

It looked more matte on skin. It took four layers of product to achieve noticeable color. It's incredibly soft and silky. It is so amazing for contouring and good for applying to apple of your cheeks. It doesn't have any type of shimmer.

MAC says you can layer of product, but I didn't fine it very build able, because it disappear so easily.

EYESHADOW....
The selection of e/w is amazing. The pigmentation is awesome but mattes apply a bit chalky without primer and there is some fallout but not more than other e/w.

EYELINERS....
The eyeliners are not very creamy, they are hard to apply but pigmentation is good.

BLUSHES....
The blushes are really good. The pigmentation and color selection is awesome.

BRONZERS....
It has two bronzers and I really like the golden one. The pigmentation is good. But they are hard to apply due to small rectangular container.

LIPSTICKS....
The lipsticks/lip glosses are as expected, they are not very pigmented. They are not too sticky and not drying at all. They are good enough for quickly  enhancing lips with a bit of color.
