Berry Berry Overnight Oats ~ Recipe

Hello girls...Today I'm sharing a recipe "overnight oats or no cook oats" Initially I was thinking to start a separate food blog but you know its really hard to manage 2 blogs together, so I'm posting it here(Women's Stuff) Let me know what you think about the food posts...

Overnight Oats... They are just oats soaked overnight in milk or almond milk or just plain water and layered with your favorite fruits,nuts,seeds and syrup. Oats,milk and yogurt are base, and toppings are endless.

  • 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1/2 cup milk regular or almond milk
  • 1tbs yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs honey
  • nuts of your choice
  • 1/2 cup berries or any other fruit
  1. In a pint size mason jar or in any glass jar or bowl add oats,milk,yogurt,chia seeds,honey and cinnamon. 
  2. Stir until combine.
  3. Add nuts and fruits.
  4. Put lid on and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Stir and enjoy.
